Stadtlauf Ebreichsdorf

Der Stadtlauf in Ebreichsdorf wird von mir schon das fünfte Mal nach 2010, 2012, 2013 und 2015 bestritten. Die 10 km Strecke  (3 Runden und absolut flach). Das Wetter zu warm, um 11:00 die Temperatur schon bei 28 Grad. Die Sieger (1-3) kommen allesamt aus Kenia. Ich gehe das Rennen ruhig an, kann meinen Rhythmus finden und laufe relativ konstant. Erst in der dritten Runde muss ich hitzebedingt und auf Grund der wenigen Rennkilometer (erst ein Lauf im Frühling) nachlassen. Trotzdem bin ich 30 Sekunden schneller als im Vorjahr. Danach ging‘s übrigens Baden nach Jois……
